Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American Vietnamese business owner living in the city of Orange in California. My wonderful husband JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. A majority of my followers know me through my Instagram @annephung. I document my life - highs and lows, as well as everything inbetween. In 1990 I moved to America together with my family, including my brothers and parents when I turned one and half. If it wasn't for my parents' passion for dedication and hard work, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my story. In order to give them the chance to have a successful future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort in order to reach it. My life was set out: I would study at university, land an employment in a company, marry and buy an apartment. My goal was to go to college to graduate, then get an executive job. After that, I'd marry, buy a house and have kids. However, life was not so sure. In 2013, I found I disliked my corporate position. Even though the compensation and position was good however, I wasn't sure if it was fulfilling. In reality, I thought I was simply doing nothing but wasting time. My love of fitness and my love of socializing with people helped me find my new calling as a personal trainer. My business was founded in 2014. I am celebrating my 7th birthday this year. It's not common to see an Asian woman working in this field. To lead in my field and offer quality coaching, to help others live a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their objectives. Also, I want others to be empowered to achieve their goals and achieve anything they desire throughout their lives. When I began my professional career, the death of my mother was the biggest loss to me. In Heaven she rests now following an eight-year fight against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry her with me and think about her each day. It is true that life has the ability to provide us with precisely what we require, even if we're not able to grasp the lessons at this moment. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I believe she gave me a second chance in life. Her death at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start a new life. It was my second chance to live a fulfilling life. My 30's are the first time I really feel I am alive. My experiences are shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories and words. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is necessary and is normal. Health is the best wealth. Since death is the only thing we have in life, I hope you enjoy the rest of your days and live with no regrets.
