Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp (Canadian actress) is well-known for her lead roles in many television series as well as her outstanding performances in films. She has a large following both on American and Canadian television. At the age of Emily was 12, she began to become attracted to acting when she visited her sister Katie on the set of one of her movies. After realizing her passion for acting she started taking acting classes, and then going for auditions. The first commercials she auditioned for were, but soon got selected as a child actress in the Canadian television horror show Are You Scared of Darkness? The show had one episode that she didn't talk. At the age of 15years old, Emily had her biggest breakthrough after she was made regular on the WB television program Glory Days. Emily's character attracted the attention of Greg Berlanti, even though the show came to an end after just nine episode. Greg Berlanti cast Emily as a regular character on Everwood. Additionally, a dancer and a photographer Emily was previously ranked as a Teen to be one of their most popular actresses under the age of 20. In Maxim's Hot 100 2014 list ranked her at number 51.
